Jeffrey Shicks - Director & Suzie - Bridge Staff
Jeffrey is the director of The Bridge youth center and an outreach youth pastor of FCC.  Jeffrey has been a youth pastor for 22+ years.  He is a network coordinator for youth pastors and also a National Speaker/Author.  Jeffrey is very involved in the community assisting ministries, agencies, schools & shelters with teen social issues, juvenile offenders, sheltered & abused children, teenage mothers and many more.  He is married to his high school sweet heart Suzie. Suzie is a large part of the Bridge center and has a heart for teens which is evident to all.  She has been in youth ministry & the lives of teens since 1983. They have two adult children and a dog named cocoa. 

Xavier Moreno - Assistant Director

Xavier joined the Bridge staff in the summer of 2007. He stays in the mix througout the community by planning and participating in conferences, concerts, and presentations at public schools, Florida Juvenile Detention Centers, Teen Challenge, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and various churches and organizations. You can find Xavier AKA "DJ X" spinning at concerts and events alongside BEC Recording artist "KJ 52" and others.   Retail store "Anchor Blue" In Store Promo's, the National "Revolve Tour" and The Lyricist Lounge South Showcase have all tasted a lil of DJ X's blending, cuttin and scratching while he has shared the stage at Get Motivated Seminars with the Bush family, Zig Ziglar, Colin Powell, Larry King and professional athletes and coaches.

Katrina Quigley Administrative Assistant
Katrina joined our staff family in 2006.  She has worked with Stephanie Wolfe Ministries, Several National Womens Conferences, and has mentored numerous young ladies as a camp counselor.  She attended Bible college at the Christian Training Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Katrina has served in ministry for 12 years and is a gifted speaker who enjoys listening and sharing with teenagers. She is married to her best friend Josh and they have a dog named Samantha. 

Margo - Bridge staff coordiantor
Margo has been part of the Bridge staff for several years.  She oversees the registration of teens at the center and coordinates the center's volunteer staff.  She is married to her best friend Rick.

Mel Sue - Summer Program Director

Melissa Sue has worked at The Bridge for the past 4 years assisting with the summer programs. This year Melissa Sue has coordinated all the summer programs including Life Skills classes, Survivor Camp with Kayaking, Art classes, dance & more!
